Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Support project teams in reviewing technical documents and site activities. Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications and safety requirements.

Inspect mechanical installations and verify compliance with approved standards. Conduct testing, commissioning, and quality checks of mechanical systems. Prepare inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.

Design and supervise electrical systems for construction projects. Review technical drawings, specifications, and electrical load calculations. Coordinate installation activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Manage project activities from planning through execution and completion. Coordinate resources, schedules, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely project delivery within budget.

Monitor premises and control access to maintain a secure environment. Conduct routine patrols and respond promptly to security incidents. Prepare incident reports and assist in enforcing site safety procedures.

Lead research, design, and development initiatives for assigned projects. Manage technical teams, budgets, and project schedules to achieve business objectives. Drive innovation, process improvements, and strategic development activities.

Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards. Witness testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. Document inspection findings and coordinate corrective actions when required.

Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed design documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to meet design objectives. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

Design and review fire and life safety systems for buildings and infrastructure projects. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international fire codes. Support project teams during design, construction, and commissioning stages.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client tenders and bids. Review project requirements, specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with internal departments to develop competitive and accurate submissions.

Assist in preparing tender documents and proposal submissions. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather required technical and commercial information. Ensure proposals are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
