Winner Holistic Consultants LLC was established in 2018 to provide consultancy across the complete range of Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Fire Protection & Life Safety Engineering, Authority Approvals, Interior Design, Project Management, and Cost & Contract Consultancy — all provided in-house.

With over 20 years of experience in Engineering Consultancy Services, Mr. Prem Chandar Balakrishnan has handled more than 100+ industrial and over 2,000+ fit-out projects, leading WHC to a strong, trusted position in the UAE.

A Pearl Qualified Professional (PBRS #752) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he was repeatedly awarded Consultant of the Month by Abu Dhabi Municipality.

Mr. Prem Chandar Balakrishnan joined Winner Holistic Consultants LLC as Managing Director and has successfully led the firm to repeated recognition — awarded Consultant of the Month by Abu Dhabi Municipality across 2021 and 2022, within months of taking over the company.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Structural and a Master of Business Administration from Annamalai University, India, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Valuation. His visionary leadership has guided the group through successful business alliances and timely corporate moves.
